I am so sick of the "church" telling us that Prop 8 in California isn't bigotry. It is. Plain and simple. This 'sanctity of marriage' is a load of crap. That same argument was used to prevent interracial marriages. This is marginalizing an entire group of people. And if the passage of Prop 8 wasn't enough? Now the proponents of it are trying to void the legal marriages of 18,000 couples.
